Custom Logo Wraps for Virgin Hair Bundles
a. The logo wraps are not for individual order.
We will keep the logo wraps at our factory and use them up for your continuous orders, or send the logo wraps to you together with your other hair orders.
b. Price $20 for 100 pieces is including design fee, excluding shipping charge.
c. Free wrap labels service for order quantity more than 50 hair bundles.
d. JC Hair Factory would not accept return and refund for custom logo wraps.
e. JC Hair Factory can only custom made your own Brand logo wraps/labels.

c. We will send the wrap layouts for your approval in 2 days.
d. Delivery 2 days after you approve the wrap layouts.

A. Generally the wrap size is 10 x 2.5cm, however, we can also custom made the size per your request.
Q. How many days to make the logo wraps?
A. It will us take total 3-4 days, 2 days for layouts approval and 1 day for printing the wraps.
Q. Do you guys offer sample labels?
A. We suggest that we can put the sample labels in your order package, instead of paying the extra shipping fee.
Q. What does "keep in JC Hair Factory" means?
A. Generally, we would make wraps 100pcs and keep the quantities in our factory. And will use up them for continuous orders in the future.

Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 3-4 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via the email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship out within 5 days.
How to track your order:
We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

Total delivery time = Handling time/producing time + Shipping time
We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or Chinese holidays.
Please note:
1. If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your PayPal, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your PayPal or require additional information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Your order will not be shipped until your payment information has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your PayPal.
